AnchorPath Terms of Use

Welcome to AnchorPath, operated by Lab256 LLC. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to use AnchorPath.

2. Your account
Keep your login secure. You're responsible for activity under your account. Use a handle and display name — your legal name stays private.

3. Community conduct
AnchorPath is a supportive recovery space. Do not harass, threaten, or endanger others; do not post others' private information; do not spam or impersonate. You can report or block anyone, and we may remove content or accounts that break these rules.

4. Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. You grant us the limited permission needed to store and display it so the app works. Don't post content you don't have the right to share.

5. Not medical advice
AnchorPath is peer support and wellness, not medical, clinical, or emergency care. The AI companion is not a clinician and can be wrong. In an emergency call 911; in a crisis call or text 988. You are responsible for your own health decisions.

6. AI features
The AI companion and related features use automated systems that may produce inaccurate responses. Use judgment and lean on real people and professionals.

7. Beta software
During this beta the app is still being tested and may change or have issues. We provide it "as is," without warranties, to the fullest extent the law allows.

8. Ending use
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
